The Supply Chain FP&A finance organization is a global team with members based in US, Switzerland, Ireland, and Belgium.
Within this organization, the FP&A consolidation team provides financial leadership and support to DePuy Synthes global business and finance leaders. DePuy Synthes is a ~$9BN business with ~$4BN in Cost of Goods Sold across 9 platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation of Supply Chain spend within the U.S. Management Reporting Company (MRC) as well as Global Headcount reporting. In addition to core planning and reporting responsibilities, the analyst will support technology and system implementation initiatives to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting.
This role will report to the DePuy Synthes Supply Chain Lead Analyst, FP&A Consolidations. The role is open to candidates located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
Complete monthly and quarterly financial close processes to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant results with well framed budget vs actual analysis for U.S. Supply Chain spend and Global Supply Chain Headcount reporting
Serve as main contact for Global Supply Chain Headcount Reporting and Consolidation processes, including Actuals and Forecast submissions
Support end to end process for Close and Forecast system tie-outs for U.S. Supply Chain spend and Global Supply Chain Headcount reporting
Partner closely with Finance leaders in the wider Global Supply Chain finance teams, working collaboratively to report and explain U.S. Supply Chain spend and Global Headcount results
Support the Finance Manager and Lead Analyst in Supply Chain Finance related activities related to Business Plan, Forecast updates, and Close periods as needed
Drive process improvements to build enhancements and efficiencies in reporting
Support implementation of new systems and developing technology roadmap
Support ad hoc projects and requests as required
Qualifications
Essential:
A minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of relevant business experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Desirable:
1+ years of Supply Chain finance experience
1+ years of FP&A experience
Experience with TM1, SAP, and Anaplan
Experience with automation tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc.)

Additional Description for Pay Transparency The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
