What you'll do...
The Senior Manager, Reverse Transformation is a key leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide recommerce, sustainability, and reverse transformation initiatives. This role serves as a central coordination hub for product, technology, business, and strategic partners-ensuring alignment, governance, and disciplined execution across a highly complex ecosystem. You will lead a business team that owns recommerce product and technology initiatives, sustainability and closed-loop recycling programs within the reverse supply chain, and the governance of new strategic initiatives, while overseeing a large-scale, third-party-operated Used Assets network. Key Responsibilities
Recommerce Product & Business Leadership
Provide strong business leadership for Recommerce Services, partnering closely with Product and Technology teams.
Drive clarity on strategy, priorities, timelines and outcomes across business and technical stakeholders.
Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
New Initiative Development & Governance
Own and govern the new initiative development process (including test and trial) from concept through execution.
Establish strategic clarity on scope, scale, success metrics, risks, and blockers.
Act as an objective, enterprise-focused "honest broker" to drive alignment and decisions.
Governance, Reviews & Reporting
Lead internal business reviews and report into broader leadership mechanisms.
Own 3PL Quarterly Business Reviews, including objectives, agendas, and performance outcomes.
Ensure transparency, accountability, follow-up actions and disciplined execution across initiatives.
Sustainability & Giving Special Programs
Oversee sustainability, closed-loop recycling, and donation programs tied to the reverse network.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure programs are impactful, compliant, aligned with Walmart's ESG commitments and effectively/accurately communicated.
Used Assets Network Oversight
Oversee an 11-node, third-party-operated Used Assets network that will continue to evolve.
Accountable for the operation, processing, and dispositioning of all end-of-life enterprise assets.
Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, financial recovery and operational performance through 3PL partners.
What you'll bring
Proven program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong business and strategic acumen with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes or transferable skills.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure, governance, and clarity.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in supply chain, recommerce, reverse logistics, sustainability, or asset lifecycle management preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
