Key Account Manager - Carrier, Spectrum Business

After completing our award-winning training, you manage account profitability, business plans and long-term objectives. How you can make a difference: Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools. Provide a consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy as determined by leadership. Monitor developments within designated accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities. Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations on how to resolve client business challenges. Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients. Collaborate with other business services support groups to encourage long-term retention. Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage. WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS Required qualifications: Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Extensive product and technical knowledge. Skills: Networking, relationship-building, negotiating, closing and interpersonal English communication skills. Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a team environment working within required deadlines. Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications: Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice or video solutions. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience using Salesforce. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $97,500.
