As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of guest areas, entrances, and common spaces, staying visible to help discourage security-related incidents while offering friendly assistance to guests and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, guest disputes, lost and found concerns, and requests for assistance.

Conduct regular and random patrols of guest areas, lobbies, parking areas, back-of-house spaces, and the property perimeter to help to identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations.

Control access by monitoring entrances, service corridors, and restricted areas, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors and/or vendors according to site procedures.

Document activities, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to site management, local responders, and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
