Sodexo is seeking atemporary Environmental Services Manager for a full time role at Community Medical Center, in Toms River, NJ. This is a 617 bed acute care hospital, managing a team of 15 client paid staff. A vibrant waterfront community, Toms River offers a wide variety of recreational activities and is 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. This custodial manager will oversee Overnight Shift, T uesday- Saturday (10:30pm start time) and as business needs dictate, some rotating holidays may be required. This role will report into the Operations Manager.

We're looking for someone with a hospitality mindset; with strong customer and employee engagement experience that comes from a healthcare, hotels, custodial, or corporate housekeeping background. What You'll Do

be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or

support an inclusive workforce.

What You Bring

have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team;

have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;

possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;

have experience effectively managing floor care projects within agreed upon timelines;

are results and safety driven;

are proficient with computers and other technology.
