Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in property management and real estate services, is seeking an Assistant Manager Administrator to join their team. As an Assistant Manager Administrator, you will be part of the Property Management Support team supporting property operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Adminstrative Assistant

Location: Eatontown, NJ

Pay Range: $32 - $33 per hour

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Temporary: 3 to 6 months with possibility for permanent conversion

What's the Job?

Process invoices for portfolio properties on a regular and ongoing basis

Receive, prioritize, and distribute mail and telephone correspondence, drafting responses when necessary

Create and maintain an accurate filing system for tenant files, lease agreements, vendor files, and policies

Prepare business expense reports and ensure timely submission for approval

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events, including travel arrangements

What's Needed?

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Prior experience in administrative support or property management is a plus but not required
