You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering standout customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or badges, manage visitor authorization, and document deliveries and contractor access in accordance with site policies.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with onsite contacts and public responders as directed.

Complete detailed reports of observations, incidents, and security-related activities; maintain logs and communicate pertinent information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
