We are seeking a dedicated Property and Leasing Manager to join our clients growing team! This position with a national property management company offers a salary of $48K-$50K + benefits like PTO, medical, 401K and more! Position Summary: The Property and Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations (financial, tenant relations, maintenance, etc.) of a lovely multi-unit property in the Hamburg area. The ideal candidate will offer at least 5 years of experience and be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units, conducting property showings, and processing rental applications. Oversee property maintenance by coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks with contractors and service providers. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property management. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner to maintain positive tenant relationships. Prepare and manage contracts related to leasing agreements and service providers. Maintain accurate records of property operations, including financial reports, maintenance logs, and tenant communications. Collaborate with staff members to ensure efficient office and property operations related to property management. Requirements: At least 5 years of prior property management experience listed on your resume. Experience in leasing up and maintaining rental agreements. Strong knowledge of property management administrative processes and practices. Financial literacy in order to understand budgets and manage property finances. Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management, including contract negotiations. Excellent conflict management and customer service skills. Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of achieving leasing goals; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a rapport with current and potential tenants.
