We are currently seeking a Construction Management Technician or Construction Engineer for a full-time position in our Albany, NY office. This position will be located within our Water Resources discipline. Responsibilities & Duties may include: Assisting construction managers with client requirements, contractor coordination, contract administration, project change management, site monitoring and field support. Assisting with construction inspection and completion of daily inspection reports on an as-needed basis. Assistance with developing scopes, fees and hours estimates for projects. Serving as a resource for technical staff regarding constructability reviews. Requirements A.S. or B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an Engineering related field. 3-7 years of construction experience preferred. Professional licensure and/or certifications highly desired. Construction software (i.e. Procore) and/or AutoCAD knowledge is preferred. Estimated Pay Range: $68,000 - $85,000/year.Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
