About the Role:
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Analytics Service Delivery Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the implementation and evolution of digital analytics solutions across our digital platforms, empowering business partners with actionable insights and ensuring the highest standards of data quality, innovation, and security.
You'll manage and mentor a high-performing team of analytics consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. You'll oversee digital analytics instrumentation and tagging for major business domains, modernize our platforms, and champion process optimization and team development.
As the primary contact for business partners, marketers, analysts, and product managers, you'll deliver technical tracking specifications, resolve implementation requests, and drive excellence in service delivery. You'll design and build scalable, cloud-native digital analytics platforms, integrating real-time and event-driven analytics capabilities, and leveraging AI/ML, automation, and modular architectures to keep U.S. Bank at the forefront of the industry. You'll champion data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and promoting secure, high-quality analytics across the enterprise
What You Will Bring:

Deep expertise in digital analytics implementation, including hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Tealium , and other major digital analytics platforms.
A forward-thinking mindset, leveraging AI/ML, automation , and cloud-native architectures to deliver real-time, event-driven analytics and business value.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders.
Commitment to data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity, ensuring all analytics solutions are compliant with the latest regulations and best practices.
Experience driving modernization initiatives, automating test and deployment pipelines, and advancing self-service analytics platforms for business users.
The ability to lead cross-functional teams in hybrid and remote environments, building consensus and aligning analytics solutions with enterprise strategy
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Six to eight years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on digital analytics implementation experience.
Proven experience managing Agile/Kanban projects in cross-functional organizations.
Strong development skills in JavaScript, Java, SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), A/B testing, and automation of CI/CD pipelines.
Demonstrated success leveraging modern tagging, site analytics, and AI/ML technologies to drive business outcomes.
Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and secure data orchestration (including server-side tagging and hashed email collection).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting technical subjects to diverse audiences.
Applicable certifications in analytics, cloud, or risk management are a plus.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
