We're hiring Entry-Level Member Support Representatives to join our 24/7 contact center team. If you're friendly, dependable, and looking to start a career where you can grow, learn, and make a real difference, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for our members, providing helpful and professional support.

Answer questions and share easy-to-understand information about our products and services.

Use multiple computer systems while actively listening to ensure every member has a smooth, positive experience.

Assist with everyday banking needs like savings, checking, credit cards, loans, and IRAs.

Recommend services that match each member's needs and help build strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.

Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn-no previous call center or banking experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
