Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring foran IT Service Desk Ticketing System Administrator.This position will be located inGlynco, GA,and will bean onsiteposition potential for flexible telework options.

This role is part of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers' (FLETC) Information Technology (IT) Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) program providing the full range of IT services that support FLETC's mission. This work is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

Design and administer databases, designing data schemas and structures that maintain clear referential integrity

Use Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager in support of work.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

High School diploma and 6-9 years of experience.

Certified in the administration and management of the FLETC IT Service Desk system or have equivalent experience

Extensive design and administrator experience with databases, designing data schemas and structures that maintain clear referential integrity

Extensive experience with Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Voice Server, Ivanti Asset Manager, and Ivanti Change Manager.

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must pass a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with DHS and/or FLETC

No security clearance required; Secret Clearance Preferred

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $113,000.00 /Yr.
