As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol - Day Shifts in Tucson, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support a positive experience for employees and visitors through clear communication, helpful customer service, and timely reporting. Wed11:30 AM - 05:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate channels.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and employee entry processes as directed by site policy, including directing traffic and/or maintaining orderly movement through controlled areas.

Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site contacts, and support security-related audits, inspections, and/or investigations as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Having a guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
