As a Finance Director - Sourcing at Honeywell, you will lead financial strategies and initiatives that enhance Direct material procurement efficiency while fostering team development and influencing global decision-making across the BA organization.
The Director of Finance, Sourcing, will play an integral role in helping BA achieve its ambition by executing in partnership with BA CPO. Autonomous and highly visible, this individual will be accountable for driving the results to meet target objectives in procurement. This position will assist leading a global procurement organization supporting the delivery of high-quality, reliable, innovative, and cost-competitive procurement solutions/strategies across an annual expenditure of approximately $1.3B. While this role will primarily focus on supporting procurement, it also provides the opportunity to play a significant role in driving standardization of activities and process improvement across BA.
Ideal candidates will bring prior experience in well-regarded, global manufacturing and technology businesses of scale (strong preference for globally complex manufacturing environments, software and high-tech industries). They will possess exceptional intellect, advanced technical fluency, business and finance acumen, and communication skills to help drive Honeywell's financial vision, guidance, and compliance in support of business growth and profitability.
An ideal candidate will possess the following:
ISC Acumen . Direct experience from a large-scale operations Finance role in a multinational environment is essential. Ideally, this individual has experience working with complex global multi-national manufacturing footprints, software, a highly complex supply chain in a business that operates under multi-year long term plans. He or she will have a track record of success at cultivating meaningful relationships with the global ISC organization.
Business Partner . A strong commercial orientation and a proven ability to partner with procurement/commodity and operating teams to drive and monitor performance and to develop strategic plans. He or she will be a strategic leader who can impact and change business-level strategy beyond the ISC area. Possesses change agility and mobilizes others in the organization to initiate change. Backbone and professional stature to influence senior executives with fact-based arguments and ideas that ensure optimal performance and results. A commitment to individual and/or team accountability for results. Experience helping lead an organization through change is preferred, including direct experience with supply chain transformation activities, operating initiatives and cost control programs that build growth and profitability.

YOU MUST HAVE
5 or more years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics.
MBA, CMA, CPA preferred
Manufacturing background and Integrated Supply Chain experience (operationally and finance) - global experience preferred
