What You'll Do

As an Operations Support employee, you'll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Delivering fertilizer and chemicals to farms.

Communicating effectively with customers.

Performing vehicle and equipment maintenance.

Performing warehouse duties (including forklift operating, seed treating, loading and unloading shipments, assisting with monthly inventory counts, etc.).

Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.

Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

What You Bring

Class B CDL required.

HazMat & Tanker endorsements preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months).

1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred).

Ability to operate heavy equipment (sprayers, semi-trucks, trailers).

High school diploma or GED.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Other Information

Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.
