Description

Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Flexibility: Availability to work occasional weekends as needed

Job Duties

Perform basic data entry with a high level of accuracy, including inputting invoice numbers and PO numbers into the company database

Use basic Excel formulas (simple calculations, totals, formatting) to support administrative tasks

Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Support light inventory management, including tracking supplies and assisting with restocking

Assist with facilities support, such as coordinating supply needs and maintaining an organized office environment

Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in an office assistant, administrative, or clerical role preferred

Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Excel (basic formulas)

Spanish preferred (verbal communication helpful)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Flexibility to work occasional weekends
