SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Transplant Administrative Associate provides essential administrative support to the transplant program, ensuring efficient operation of transplant services. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining patient records, coordinating communication across multidisciplinary teams, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Three (3) years related experience required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Post high school education/training or equivalent knowledge required

Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word: Intermediate; Excel: Intermediate; PowerPoint: Intermediate preferred
