Job Description

Do you have experience managing the administrative needs for senior leadership (including calendar management, travel, large event coordination, and team budgets)? Our team is looking for a candidate with a consistent track record in this area.

Primary Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to business leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Organize logistics of complex meetings/seminars and trainings.

Responsible for supporting team building activities (awards, celebrations, etc).

Order supplies and services for the team.

Update organization charts and populate scorecards.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Well-versed in technical office tools and software applications.

Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Supports the business by proactively handling projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

Secondary Brand Specialist Responsibilities: Support additional areas of responsibility, including budget and vendor management, and Artwork process owner.

Serve as Total category artwork execution SPOC by managing the artwork process for total category, including purchase orders, agency partner relationship & project timelines.

Act as Vendor Management Process Owner - handling goods receipt, confirming proof of performance, and when necessary, initiating the purchase order process to enable projects.

Job Qualifications

Operate With Discipline: Have proven strong project management skills with a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency. Budget management experience is desirable.

Develop Mastery: Capable of onboarding to several different standardized processes and becoming the go-to person within the organization for others that are less familiar or need support.

Act As an Owner: Take ownership of the processes and help ensure that we remain stewardship compliant.

The ideal candidate has experience:

1) handling budgets and is highly organized

2) working with multiple different partners

3) handling multiple projects at once and is process-oriented

4) will be passionate about driving operational discipline within our Brand team.

Bachelor's degree required

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $69,300 - $96,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
