The Sales Administrative Assistant IV serves as a strategic partner to the President, Cardiology Group Sales, providing enterprise-level administrative, project, and operational support. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the President, Cardiology Group Sales calendars, communications, and travel with precision, ensuring leadership priorities are effectively supported and executed. Coordinate national meetings, leadership summits, and cross-regional field events, partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences. Prepare high-level presentations, strategic briefings, and executive summaries that influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Consolidate, analyze, and interpret field performance data, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership. Lead and support cross-functional projects spanning marketing, clinical, operations, and other functions, from initiation through successful completion. Serve as the executive liaison between senior leadership, area vice presidents, corporate functions, and field teams, fostering collaboration and alignment. Anticipate challenges, proactively resolve issues, and ensure presidents focus remains on enterprise-level priorities. Represent the Vice Presidents with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence in all interactions.
