Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager

Are you an experienced accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments?

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll partner closely with the CFO, lead critical accounting functions, and play an active role in strategic initiatives like IPO readiness, M& A, and investor-facing work.

What You'll Do

Own and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting

Play a key role in the month-end close process, preparing, reviewing, and analyzing journal entries and account reconciliations

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Manage and coordinate external audits

Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, ERP enhancements, and internal controls

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members

Partner cross-functionally with Finance and other departments to support business objectives

Work closely with the CFO on special projects, ad hoc analyses, internal controls, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA preferred but not required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus

8+ years of accounting experience (restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, not a must)

3+ years of people management experience

Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting

Exposure to IPO preparation, M& A, investor relations, or complex accounting matters is highly desirable

Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tools

Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and leadership skills

Clear, confident communicator who collaborates well across teams
