Robert Half is working with a respected client in the Greater Burlington area seeking a Warehouse Manager to join its team. This is a permanent role, overseeing a team of around 6-8 Warehouse Associates, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This particular Warehouse Manager role involves overseeing the receiving, picking, packing and shipping of a large quantity of product, so someone familiar with a high quantity of SKU's in their prior work experience is important. The selected candidate must also have a track record for process improvement and an aptitude for effectively optimizing warehouse space and overall operations.

The selected candidate should have at least 7 years of experience, with staff management experience too. Working knowledge of OSHA standards is required. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred.

For the right experience our client is offering a base salary around $100K + competitive bonus. The benefits package is competitive too.

Requirements

Warehouse management experience

Familiar with OSHA standards

Experience with KPI's

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

SAP software experience nice to have

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external parties.
