Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to join our team. This position can be located in several cities, including: San Diego, Tucson, and El Paso.

The responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

Provide oversight for material planning, delivery sequencing, and inventory management across hubs and sites.

Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Logistics Lead to synchronize procurement, delivery timing, and field demand.

Provide management to subcontract coordination, equipment and materials team leads, and SCM data controls within the project.

Develop project specific equipment and inventory storage and control strategies in conjunction with the Divisional Supply Chain Manager.

Leads the equipment and small tools requirement planning process for the static and dynamic phases of a project.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Experience on large federal projects

Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship is required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction from ABET accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience

8+ years of relevant experience in construction management in the engineering or construction industry.

Relevant Field Experience preferred

Additional Information

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an enhanced background investigation, which may include, but is not limited to, verification of employment and education, a criminal history review, drug screening, and a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check, as applicable.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $140000 to $180000.
