Position Purpose: In this role, the Sr. Programmer Analyst will be responsible for system configuration, development, integration, and ongoing sustainment of core Merchandising and Supply Chain platforms, including PTC FlexPLM and Blue Yonder supply chain solutions.
Overview:
These systems support how the business creates, develops, plans, forecasts, and manages product and inventory data across the enterprise. Candidates are expected to bring strong hands-on experience in at least one primary platform (FlexPLM or Blue Yonder) and demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn and support the other over time. While the primary focus is enterprise application configuration and development, there may be opportunities to contribute to data-driven and analytics initiatives in the future. This role also provides on-call support for all Merchandising and Supply Chain commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications (Blue Yonder, FlexPLM, VibeIQ, CLO3D, CLO-Set).

About the role:
Work collaboratively with IT partners and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of product, planning, and supply chain data across enterprise applications
Responsible for the ongoing health and sustainment of assigned platforms (FlexPLM and/or Blue Yonder), including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements
Configure and support COTS applications, integrations, and related tooling
Assist with technical content and execution of strategic projects demanding environment that covers multiple cross-functional areas.
Partner with vendors and implementation partners on configuration, development, and integration efforts
Prepare high-level solution designs and detailed technical specifications based on business requirements.
Prepare detailed specifications from which software packages are configured, integrations are made and/or programs are written.
Implement solutions through system configuration, integration, or custom development
Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain applications with a focus on performance and scalability
Collaborate with business area customers to design, develop, test, debug, implement, document and maintain applications.
Apply formal development methodologies and best practices
Develop and execute test plans for developed and purchased software; document results
Provide options for and estimates of viable solutions.
Participate in design and code reviews; contribute to development standards
Coordinate production problem resolution for assigned applications, including working with other technical teams.
Provide daytime and after-hours on-call support for FlexPLM, Blue Yonder, and other supported applications
Mentor and train less experienced team members
Adhere to security standards in support of PCI compliance

Experience with Large Language Models
Proficiency in data science python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, StatsModels, and Sklearn a plus.
General knowledge of supervised/unsupervised machine learning techniques. Experience with timeseries forecasting methods including statistical algorithms (such as Holt-Winters and AVS graves) and machine learning algorithms (such as MLR, GAM, and Prophet) a plus.
Experience with data wrangling, preparation, and cleansing for model ingestion a plus.
Knowledge of cloud-based data storage and hosting platforms such as Snowflake and Azure a plus.
Experience utilizing IT Service Management tools such as Service Now and Control-M
