Are you looking to grow your career in accounting with a dynamic and supportive team? We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the month-end close process. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your accounting skills and be an integral part of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

Help prepare financial statements and management reports

Support audits and provide documentation as needed

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

1+ years of accounting experience preferred (internships count)

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
