General Production

Job Summary

The General Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through basic assembly, machine operation, and

material handling. This role also assists with paint-line activities and prepares finished products for shipping in a clean, organized production

environment.

Responsibilities

Perform basic assembly of parts

Remove parts from conveyor belts

Clean and inspect finished products

Operate production and conveyor equipment

Set up machines along the conveyor line

Apply lubricant to machines as required

Assist in the paint area by racking and moving materials

Prepare, organize, and stage products for shipping

Required Skills & Experience

3+ months of production or manufacturing experience

Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Machine operation experience

Mechanical assembly or machine-building experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
