Marketing Intern

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! The marketing internship will begin May/June 2026 and last for 12 months. The intern will work full-time (40 hrs./wk.) during the summer and part-time or limited part-time during the school year (20 or less hours/week). This is a paid internship opportunity. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (associate or bachelor\'s) in Marketing or related field. The Marketing Intern will gain practical experience with tools, platforms and methodologies while assisting multiple areas of marketing, while benefiting from the mentorship of current Marketing team members. The Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of marketing functions and practices, including: Community Event Management Focused on big and small events, supporting our marketing team in benefiting the community and executing well run events. Digital/Social Media Understanding and execution of community and brand based messaging to support the credit union and community events. Volunteer Coordination Organize volunteers for key community events, ensuring a smooth process for the volunteer and the organization. Content Creation Work alongside existing content team to help create persuasive and impactful content to increase awareness and attendance of key events and activities. Analytics Measure impact of various activities and recommend next steps and optimization opportunities The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Intern role include but are not limited to: Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values Gaining broad Marketing exposure, shadowing and supporting functions across each area Participating in team meetings, planning process, and content creation Presenting a final summary of learnings and contributions at the end of the internship Candidates for the Marketing Intern position should possess: Excellent communication, collaboration abilities, and soft skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Interest in learning new things and jumping in where needed Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage time across multiple tasks Growth mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore different Marketing domains.
