Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Base Marketing Lead is responsible for deepening our relationship with millions of Boost Mobile customers. You will lead the charge in increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and customer lifetime value through innovative loyalty programs, strategic upgrades, and value-added services. You are the "connector" who bridges the gap between complex data and world-class marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Take the reins of high-impact programs like Refer a Friend and Phone Upgrades, ensuring they stay fresh, competitive, and rewarding
Drive revenue through strategic initiatives including Value Added Services (VAS), Plan Upgrades, and Add-a-Line campaigns
Don't just follow the playbook-write it; develop brand-new initiatives from scratch to drive incremental revenue
Partner with the Communications & Brand teams to build scroll-stopping, high-engagement campaigns that resonate with our customers
Work hand-in-hand with Analytics to track performance, and collaborate with Finance to own the math-proving ROI and conducting break-even analysis to ensure financial health
Act as the central hub between Pricing, Device, Digital, and Brand teams to ensure we have the right incentives for the right customers at the right time
Connect with CXO (Customer Service) and Indirect (Retail Stores) to ensure our front-line teams are empowered to support every campaign we launch
Collaborate within Retail Wireless across multiple teams including Creative, Web, Add ons, and Sales to develop campaigns
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Loyalty, Promotions, or Customer Communications
Previous experience in the Telecommunications or Subscription-based industry is preferred
Prior experience of customer retention/loyalty preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing
Ability to disseminate complex data sets into clear, actionable marketing insights
Analytical Powerhouse: Strong experience in reporting analysis and performance tracking
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue and engagement KPIs
The ability to look at a problem from 30,000 feet and then zoom in to fix the details
Ability to facilitate a project with multiple steps from conception to delivery
Thrive in a team environment and know how to win together
Ability to see the "big picture" of how marketing moves affect the bottom line
You don't just plan; you deliver high-quality results on time, every time
Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects without dropping the ball
You can tell a compelling story, whether it's in a creative brief or a boardroom presentation
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promotes enthusiasm
Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
