For the GS-11: The next lower grade level is a GS-09. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing basic statistical analysis and data interpretation AND Experience in statistical software and programming languages for data analysis. AND Experience working with databases and creating data visualizations/reports. OR EDUCATION: 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
