Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience with statistical concepts and data analysis. AND Experience with programming languages (ex., Python, R, SQL). AND Experience with data collections and basic visualization techniques. OR EDUCATION: 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree OR A combination of education and experience. For the GS-11: The next lower grade level is a GS-09. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing basic statistical analysis and data interpretation AND Experience in statistical software and programming languages for data analysis. AND Experience working with databases and creating data visualizations/reports. OR EDUCATION: 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
