No more than four minor moving violations in the past 36 months. No more than two minor moving violations in the past 12 months. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain driver log, timecards, and required paperwork Must be DOT compliant at all times OSHA regulations Equipment Maintenance: Inspect truck equipment and supplies (tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, water, fluids) Perform pre and post trip inspections Inspect material to ensure it has been loaded correctly and is secure Must be able to identify materials to ensure correct product is being hauled Professional Conduct: Show professionalism and approach others in a tactful manner React well under pressure Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Accept responsibility for own actions and follow through on commitments
