Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you'll play an important role in making sure freight gets where it needs to go. Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $18.00 /hr

Shift: Saturday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders.

Lifting and sorting vehicle tires, filters, and cabinets by hand.

Use an RF Scanner to receive, move, and process items efficiently.

Read and process orders, including work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved or shipped.

Monitor daily logistics, verifying that loads arrive on time and in good condition, and validating load data for accounting purposes.

Ensure warehouse safety by maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and load/unload trailers.

Previous dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry is preferred.

Experience using handheld/RF scanners and basic computer skills.

Basic written and verbal communication skills to take check calls from drivers and coordinate deliveries.

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.

Availability to work the designated shift (Saturday-Wednesday) and adapt to varying freight volumes.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
