Supply Chain Planner (Temporary)

Location: South Oklahoma City, OK (100% onsite)

Pay Rate: $43-$50/hour ($90,000-$105,000 annualized)

Duration: Contract (1-2 months, with potential extension or conversion)

Overview

A global organization based in South Oklahoma City is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their operations team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role will support the Corporate Scheduler and Vice President of Operations in capacity planning and operational readiness for large-scale data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and a hands-on approach to forecasting and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support capacity planning efforts for large-scale data center and operational projects

Assist with planning for increased workload by evaluating inventory levels and operational capacity

Analyze production and plant capacity to ensure readiness for current and future demand

Develop and maintain data-driven forecasts, reports, and planning models

Partner with operations leadership to identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions

Provide hands-on support and training to team members on forecasting tools, reporting, and best practices

Utilize SAP to support planning, reporting, and inventory management initiatives

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all forecasts and reports

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Planning, or Operations Planning

Strong working knowledge of SAP

Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or large-scale project environments preferred

Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership

Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
