Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The CarelonRx Supply Chain Analyst I will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data related to one or several but very similar business metrics.

How you will make an impact:

Creates databases to track business performance.

Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data).

Collects and analyzes data to create summary statistics of performance.

Creates and publishes periodic reports as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; or any combination of education and experience which provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Data analysis and reporting experience preferred.

Operational metrics and KPI tracking experience preferred.

Project management skills and experience preferred.

PowerBI experience preferred.

Tableau experience preferred.

BS/BA degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience strongly preferred.

Analytical and problem-solving skills strongly preferred.

Proficient in statistical use of Microsoft Excel and Access or other general reporting tools strongly preferred.
