We're seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern from the MECOP Co-op Program with an interest in HVAC, Building Mechanical, and Fire Protection Systems to join our Advanced Facilities team . You'll have the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge and apply it to solving today's challenges.

As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide by providing a range of engineering services.

You'll be responsible for providing system design calculations and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering) under the guidance of Professional Engineers. You'll use your skills and experience to help deliver and complete challenging and engaging projects. You'll assist in designing the plans for the facility's heating/cooping, overall safety, and much more!

You'll also take ownership of the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the work assigned to you by demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team.

Participation in the MECOP Program

Enrollment in a degree seeking program in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline

Desire to design building mechanical systems, including HVAC and piping, for buildings and facilities.

Ideally, you'll also have:

Proficiency in Revit, 3D CADD

Prior work experience with a design firm in an internship or similar setting.
