Account Coordinator

Are you organized, customer-focused, and energized by fast-paced environments? Adecco's client is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the Sales team and act as a key connection between customers, field teams, and internal operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, building strong relationships, and contributing to sales growth in a performance-driven culture.

What You'll Do

Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and invoicing.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and field personnel.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and field services to meet customer needs.

Track invoices, approvals, and payment status.

Support sales initiatives, CRM updates, reporting, and market data analysis.

Travel to customer field locations as needed.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or office operations.

Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.

High-energy, proactive, and adaptable team player.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
