Position Summary...
The Manager, Security, leads the coordination and management of crisis events by analyzing key variables and mobilizing appropriate resources to ensure effective resolution. This role develops and maintains strategic partnerships to enhance emergency preparedness and response, while conducting thorough risk assessments to protect company assets and operations. The position oversees security programs, supports continuous improvement through post-event analysis, and fosters a culture of accountability and integrity. Additionally, the Manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting a safe, high-performing work environment.
About the team:
The team manages crisis intake operations across 6,000 physical locations, coordinating timely responses to critical events. They collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective emergency management and risk mitigation. Utilizing advanced communication platforms, the team oversees incident response, security management, and performance evaluation. Members focus on continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and post-event reviews. The team fosters a professional environment that supports development, accountability, and operational excellence, ensuring the safety and security of company assets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership throughout crisis events.
What you'll do...
Manage crisis events by coordinating responders and resources to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
Conduct data-driven assessments of security risks to people, operations, and assets, recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Implement and oversee security programs aligned with industry standards and company policies to protect business interests.
Lead, mentor, and develop security team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and respect.
You will provide floor leadership for the salaried Crisis Managers and hourly Crisis Leads.
You may, through the course of the year, work a rotating schedule with the other Managers to provide 24x7x365 floor coverage

Proven experience in crisis, emergency, and incident response management within complex organizations.
Strong skills in risk assessment, mitigation, and security management aligned with industry standards and company policies.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support emergency preparedness.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing security teams to achieve operational excellence.
Proficiency in leveraging technology and communication platforms for effective event coordination and reporting.

Analytical mindset with experience conducting data-driven security risk evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
