Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights, leads data-driven evaluation and strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational effectiveness. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis and insights. The position ensures alignment with organizational goals by overseeing multiple projects, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration across teams. The incumbent provides expert guidance on business analysis best practices, monitors performance metrics, and adapts strategies to meet evolving business needs while promoting a culture of continuous learning and integrity.
The team integrates supplier inventory management and guides cost, alignment, and mode decisions to ensure efficient inbound flow. Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Product teams, they support data-driven decision-making and develop tools to enhance operational processes. The group focuses on delivering actionable business insights, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships. By leveraging business analysis and data expertise, the team continuously improves efficiency and supports the execution of business strategies that align with organizational goals.
What you'll do...
Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable plans based on analytical findings.
Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of programs and initiatives, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead the execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to achieve objectives.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support strategic growth and alignment.
Oversee training, performance management, and development opportunities for team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards throughout operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
