You should have...
10+ years of experience in service sales and/or sales leadership, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets of $5M-$20M annually in service or maintenance sales.
Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing teams of 5-10 sales professionals, improving individual quota attainment by 10-15% year over year.
Results-driven problem solver who streamlines sales and service processes to improve team productivity by 10-15% while protecting customer experience and retention.
Demonstrated leadership maturity and self-awareness, leading cross-functional teams of 5+ employees and maintaining a 90%+ employee engagement score.
Strong collaboration and strategic vision, aligning sales initiatives with organizational goals, driving 10-15% annual growth in key service lines.
Customer-focused with a history of cultivating long-term relationships, managing a portfolio of 50+ high-value accounts, and increasing customer retention by 3-5 percentage points annually.

Benefits
Compensation: Base salary range of $95,000 to $110,000, plus an uncapped variable compensation plan tied to department earnings.
