We're seeking a Market Development Representative who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work and help shape the future of care in communities across the NYC Boroughs.

We are hiring a Market Development Representative that will be in the field Monday- Friday! The territory consists of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens. We offer weekly pay between $60,000-$65,000 annually and bonus incentive!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain client relationships by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the assigned market.

Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.

Provide a consultative sales approach to understand the specific needs of clients and provide tailored solutions. This includes educating clients and referral sources about the benefits of home healthcare services and how they can meet the needs of patients.

Achieve established sales targets and goals within the assigned market. This involves setting sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure success.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and that the quality-of-service delivery is maintained.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional relevant degrees or credentials a plus.

At least three (3) years of previous experience, with demonstrated success, in roles focused on business growth. This may include, but is not limited to, sales, talent recruiting, account management, distribution channel management, strategic partnerships, marketing, and business leadership roles with accountability for growth.

Previous experience in the home health or Home Care Industry is required.

Job Profile Summary

The Representative, Market Development is responsible for organic growth through all distribution channels in an assigned market. This role is a field-based, sales-forward role within the Field Sales function. The Representative, Market Development role utilizes their extensive functional knowledge to execute responsibilities independently with limited supervision.
