As a Security Officer - Weekday Bank Entry in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, greeting visitors, managing access, checking identification, and supporting lobby flow. You will monitor cameras and alarms, document incidents, and communicate clearly with staff and guests to help maintain strong security-related awareness. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Control access by verifying identification, managing sign-in and sign-out processes, issuing temporary visitor credentials per site policy, and directing visitors to authorized areas.

Monitor lobby activity, alarm panels, and available surveillance systems, and communicate unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving and routing calls for assistance, documenting events, and supporting emergency procedures as directed.

Complete security-related reports, shift logs, and access control records, and coordinate with facility staff regarding deliveries, contractor arrivals, and scheduled appointments.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
