JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WIRING ASSOCIATES:

Wiring switchgear to customer order.

Assemble and wire a variety of complex assembly and subassembly operations for switchboard and switchgear products.

Use component wiring schemes include PLC's, Circuit Monitors, and other advanced electronic devices.

Perform mechanical assembly.

Employees are expected to train and work in other departments than assigned to.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR WIRING ASSOCIATES:

Must have 6 + months of Professional Wiring experience.

Must possess a good work record.

Experience wiring switchgear is a plus.

Wiring certificate from a technical school or have a technical associate degree is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, material lists, and other source material.

Experience as an electrician or electrician's assistant is a plus

Candidate must be highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to work in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR WIRING ASSOCIATES:

Position requires lifting and holding in place assembly parts weighing up to 35 lbs. repeatedly over work period.

Stand and walk for up to 12 hours.

REQUIRED EDUCATION FOR WIRING ASSOCIATES:

High School Diploma or GED

JOB DETAILS FOR WIRING ASSOCIATES:

Contract to Hire position

A Shift - Mon - Fri - 7:00am to 3:30pm - $18.00 per hour

B Shift - Mon - Thurs - 3:30pm to 2:00am - $20.00 per hour

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
