Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Ideal candidates should have strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Handle inbound calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.

Perform data entry and maintain records in an organized and secure manner.

Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for team members.

Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence as needed.

Support internal communications and facilitate efficient workflow among departments.

Monitor and resolve basic administrative issues, ensuring seamless operations.

Maintain a welcoming and well-organized environment for staff and visitors.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

Proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing inquiries effectively.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organization and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.

Ability to maintain records and documentation in an orderly fashion.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using office software and tools for administrative tasks.
