Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Merced, California. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of administrative tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules, arrange appointments, and manage travel plans for team members.

Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure high-quality results.

Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to keep records organized and accessible.

Input and manage data with accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics and coordination.

Facilitate communication between teams and support collaborative projects.

Utilize office software and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.

Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

Demonstrated ability to handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls.

Familiarity with data entry tasks and maintaining organized records.

Experience with administrative office operations and processes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to evolving technology and tools in a dynamic work environment.

Proven organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
