This position is responsible for providing ongoing administrative support services of a multi-part nature for a middle management position and/or a group of professionals within PSMS. This position performs work that is varied and generally secretarial in nature. The activities of this position include managing calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation and other logistical matters. The work may also include some special projects. It is anticipated that the person holding this position will communicate regularly with many of the organization's management team and will represent their supervisor in a positive and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

4 years of Office experience, including at least 1 year working directly for a manager.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
