Administrative Assistant - Branch Operations

Ziegler CAT has an opening for an Administrative Assistant - Branch Operations that provides high-level administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as taking phone calls, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This is a customer-facing position with backup receptionist responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Answers phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages

Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work

Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

Makes travel arrangements for management

Coordinates events with other departments

Organizes meetings, conferences and, seminars; including catering, audio/visual setup and attendance registration

Prepares and mails informational packets to returning and new customers

Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors

Serves as backup receptionist with customer and visitor interaction

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year College Degree preferred

1-3 years related experience preferred

Personal Attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Learning Orientation, Problem Solving, Efficiency, Attention to Detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel:

Little, to none

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Using hands, talking, hearing

Working Conditions are indoor

The pay range for this position is

$23.29 to $27.91

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
