We are currently seeking a Field Finance Director, FP&A that will partner directly with our Customer Direct frontline leadership and Corporate FP&A to drive, measure and manage key revenue and service metrics, operating expenses lead the profit agenda, develop strategic and annual operating plans. The successful candidate will possess strong and effective communications across multiple levels of the company and functional organizations. Excellent partnering and influencing skills are critical, with the ability to participate/and leverage cross-functional and regional teams.

Location : Tampa, FL
Compensation : $160,370 - 196,182/yr. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership, P&L management, and decision and strategy support for Direct Delivery divisions across various lines of business.
Develop and align financial forecasts, long-range planning processes along with the execution tactics with our business leaders for the holistic P&L view and ownership.
Assist in key strategic revenue areas, customer profitability, segment economics, service and competitive assessments and analysis.
Drive business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to frontline leaders to facilitate fact-based decision-making around strategic business initiatives
Lead in-depth financial, variance and trending analyses for key profitability drivers and other financial and non-financial metrics. Interpret results and articulate actionable recommendations to maximize profitability and ensure financial targets are achieved
Analyze performance to plan/forecast/prior year and recommends appropriate actions to ensure financial targets are achieved
Develop financial models, forecasts, proposals, presentations and performance measures to provide confidence to Executive Team regarding financial decisions
Drive capital investments within Direct Delivery function, focusing on Cost Savings/Value Creation and high ROI initiatives.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX processes and champions compliance and risk management in all areas.
Foster and build the financial acumen of internal customers through coaching and training.
Qualifications
BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
10+ Years of Progressive experience in FP&A, strategy, or pricing.
Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses.
Must have experience with Power BI.
Experience with SAP/Oracle/Essbase is preferred.
Candidate must demonstrate high integrity, intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and comfort with challenging/presenting ideas to the management team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively partner with functions across the company.
Strong analytical and strategic skills. Able to synthesize impactful insights from large data sets, and ability to communicate/influence senior leadership.
Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines.
Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendations.

Experience in CPG is preferred.
