Jumeirah Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Receivable position to join our Finance department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Manage and process credit card collections, including recording transactions in Opera and ensuring accurate bank deposits.

Reconcile daily remittance reports, Paymaster accounts, and other AR records, tracking debit and credit impacts of all transactions.

Monitor and follow up on commissions, group accounts, and event-related charges, collaborating closely with the Sales team.

Prepare and maintain AR reports for management, ensuring proper classification and reporting of all transactions.

Support foreign exchange updates, multi-transaction accounting processes, and compliance with FX control procedures.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

Degree or vocational training in Finance, Accounting, or Hotel Management.

Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.

Strong knowledge of billing processes, credit control, guest and corporate accounts, and payment reconciliation.

Experience working with hotel PMS and accounting systems, such as Opera and financial ERP platforms.

High level of English, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines while working collaboratively with operational and finance teams.
