A Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the main contact between a company and its customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing product information via phone, email, chat, or social media, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathy. Key duties include troubleshooting issues, updating records, processing returns/billing, and sometimes upselling, requiring strong listening, patience, and computer skills.

Pay Details: $17.00 per week
