Family-owned company ELMCO PA, Inc. manufactures, repairs and rebuilds powder metal equipment.

We are currently seeking an administrative assistant/office manager for 1st shift in Curwensville, PA.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our daily operations, handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless workflow across all departments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, requiring a professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination: Oversee daily office activities, maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical), and ensure all office equipment is clean and functional.

Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, book meetings across multiple time zones, and manage time tracking.

Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for phone and email inquiries; draft professional correspondence, memos, and reports.

Technical Support: Utilize tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to prepare presentations, manage spreadsheets, and facilitate virtual meetings via Zoom or Teams.

Supply Management: Everyday use of ERP system tracking time, maintaining inventory, Purchasing, MRP, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Education: High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/MRP.

Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with basic bookkeeping/QuickBooks.

Experience managing social media business profiles or basic website updates.
