The Impact You'll Make

As our Finance Intern , you'll play a key role in strengthening how we track, understand, and improve financial performance for our Tallahassee operation-helping translate data into clearer decisions across the business.

Your impact? You'll improve transparency in key operational finance areas like Cost of Quality, asset accuracy, and inventory/WIP control, so Finance and Operations can act faster, reduce waste, and support stronger factory performance.

You'll collaborate with Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, and Project teams and take ownership of data-driven workstreams and reporting support-helping us move toward a more efficient and continuously improving future.

What You'll Be Doing

Support timely and transparent reporting on financial performance, including data preparation and basic analysis

Build and improve Cost of Quality reporting, including data mapping and transparency of key inputs

Support asset identification and cleanup, including asset tagging and improving accuracy of asset records

Partner with Operations to support inventory/WIP control, including min/max level tracking and visibility (with focus on high-impact areas such as shaft-related WIP)

Support factory performance KPI tracking and reporting cadence in collaboration with KPI owners

What We're Looking For

Ability to work on-site in Tallahassee, FL and commit to at least 20 hours per week

Comfort working with data and reporting, including cleaning/mapping information to improve visibility and accuracy

Working knowledge of Excel (or willingness to quickly build proficiency)

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners (Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.)

A proactive, self-driven mindset with interest in learning how Finance supports manufacturing and operational performance
