Key Responsibilities

Schedule procedure and office visit appointments in accordance with established policies and scripts

Update demographic and insurance information during scheduling

Obtain cardiac clearance when necessary and ensure documentation is complete

Support supervisors and team members with general office tasks

Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and direct communication appropriately

Draft and follow up on electronic messages and alerts

Maintain knowledge of provider-specific preparation procedures

What You Bring

Strong customer service skills and comfort in a healthcare setting

Experience with inbound calls and medical/patient scheduling

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, EPIC, and EMRs

Ability to verify insurance and schedule efficiently

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Warm, professional interpersonal skills

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to excel in a high-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
